Coaching transformed my life.
I took a different path than some of my peers and colleagues, completing my bachelors in Social Sciences after years spent running rivers as a river guide, and working as an outdoor educator. While my life felt interesting and complete, I was unsure of how to put all those pieces together and take the next step.
I attended a Life Coach training with the intention of gaining personal growth and direction and left with a new sense of purpose, clear goals, and confidence. Because of coaching, I launched two thriving businesses and created a happier more positive version of my life. I figured out how to balance all the areas of my life that I am passionate about and began to build the life I was excited to live.
This is why I created my coaching practice. After the tangible changes I saw in my life, I was inspired and motivated to help others create their own positive transformations.
When not coaching, I try to walk my talk and live a balanced life. I'm often found exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, cooking extravagant meals, and puttering in my garden. I also run Serenade, an event business my fiancé and I created to build community through experiences centered around food and music. Portland, Oregon is home where I live with my fiancé and our dog.
